Man arrested, shots fired outside of Cheers Pub

A man was arrested after shots were fired in St. Joseph County.

It happened on November 12, when officers were called to Cheers Pub, in the 100 block of South Dixie Way in Roseland, on reports of shots fired.

When the arrived, officers found broken glass in the road as well as bullet casings.

An employee told officials that he was sitting at the bar when he heard three shots fired in the parking lot.

He says he then saw a car leave right after the shots.

A witness told police that two women were asked to leave by the suspects and when the women drove away, shots were fired.

ABC 57 News reports that Sarod Frison Jr was seen on security footage at the scene.

He was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm, pointing a firearm at another, and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon.
