Polar Plunge at the South Bend Cubs

You can take a plunge into freezing water to support this years Special Olympics.

The Polar Plunge is coming back to Four Wind Fields.

More than 3,000 people take the plunge every year, generating more than $10 million in support for the Special Olympics programs and events.

If you raise at least $85 for Special Olympics Indiana, you’ll receive an official Polar Plunge t-shirt. If you donate at least $30, you’ll be entered to win an outdoor suite to a South Bend Cubs game next season.

Registration for the charity even will happen on Feb. 25 at 10:30 a.m. and the plunge will take place at 12 p.m..
