The legal team for Delphi murder suspect Richard Allen has requested the bail hearing and jury trial be delayed.

In a motion filed Tuesday, Allen’s team said they have not received all the available evidence in discovery and would need more time to analyze it all.

Special Judge Fran Gull has rescheduled the March 20th jury trial.

Allen’s team says there’s not enough evidence to justify keeping him locked up, and they want Allen to have a chance at reasonable bail.

He’s charged with killing Abby Williams and Libby German in 2017.
