Hoosier coroners warn of ‘zombie drug’

(95.3 MNC)
It’s called the “zombie drug.” It’s making it’s way across the U.S. and Hoosier coroners are wanting to make sure you are aware of it.
The Blackford County coroner in particular came across their first encounter with xylazine, which is an animal tranquilizer.
Drug experts say that sometimes dealers using xylazine to bulk up the effects of fentanyl laced drugs that they sell.
What makes even more of a concern is that it is resistant to opioid overdose reversal treatments like naloxone.

Don’t do illegal drugs, don’t die from illegal drugs…it’s pretty simple. This is a problem for the willing user.

If you do drugs and die from the mystery mixture you’ve put in your body don’t expect me to care.

If you have kids, google “Krokodil” and show them the pictures. That should be enough to dissuade them, it’s terrifying stuff!
