The bail hearing for Delphi murder suspect Richard Allen has been officially postponed.

That was requested by his legal team and supported by the prosecution.

Allen’s legal team says they need more time to go through additional evidence they’ve received in discovery.

Special Judge Fran Gull will have a remote hearing with attorneys Friday afternoon to reschedule.

Richard Allen is charged with the 2017 double murders of Abigail Williams and Liberty German.
