Elkhart teenager connected to death of Goshen man appears in court for pretrial conference

An Elkhart teenager charged in connection with the death of an 18-year-old Goshen man appeared in court, on Thursday, for a pretrial conference.
Correon Meux, 15, is charged in connection with the killing Logan Nussbaum, back in October. , in the 12-hundred block of Burr Oak Place.
According to police reports, Nussbaum was shot while driving and crashed into two parked cars and some trees. He died at the scene.
The Goshen News reports that die to Meux’s admission of gang affiliation, as well as the nature of the allegations, His case was waived to adult court. His trial is set for August.
