A bill that would ban gender-affirming medical care for minors passed a Senate health committee today.

It passed by an 8-3 margin despite loud opposition.

The bill seeks to ban doctors from providing any “gender transition procedures” to minors, as well as puberty blockers and hormone treatments.

The bill’s author, Sen. Tyler Johnson, introduced the proposal as a “medical, moral and legal obligation to protect Hoosier children.”

The bill now moves on to the full chamber.

What a misnomer. It’s not “gender affirming” care, it is “gender mutilating”. There is a difference!

If people used the proper words for things instead of politically correct lies, a lot of this woke nonsense would vanish immediately. Words matter!
