State Representative Ryan Dvorak of South Bend says an amendment he authored would improve a bill written to develop regional watershed commissions in Indiana.
Dvorak says the amendment requires scientific study, consideration for recreational uses of rivers, and preserving membership in the St. Joseph River Basin Commission.
The House Bill allows for the establishment of regional watershed development commissions, as well as the conversion of existing river basin commissions into watershed development.
Dvorak’s amendment was accepted by the full House. He says the step forward can help ensure even healthier watersheds for future generations.

I don’t trust Ryan Dvorak any farther than I can throw his partisan father. If this amendment holds true to Democrat policy, it won’t improve a thing.
