Man arrested after allegedly inappropriately touching minors

St Joseph County Jail

A man is being held on a $30,000 bond after allegedly inappropriately touching three young girls.

Will Holloway Sr. was arrested on two counts of child molesting where the victim is under 14 and three counts of sexual misconduct with a minor.

It was in March last year when a victim told the South Bend Police Department that Holloway had made sexual comments to her while they were alone in a vehicle.

Holloway allegedly told the girl he wished she was older and, according to reports, he put his hand on her thigh and offered to pay her for sex.

ABC 57 says a second victim told police that Holloway made sexual comments to her and would touch her thigh while doing so, according to reports.

Holloway also allegedly texted the second victim, offering to pay her for sexual favors.

A third victim came forward in January 2023, reporting that Halloway had allegedly touched her inappropriately while saying “weird stuff” to her.

Reports say he also told the third victim that he had sex with one of the other victims.

Halloway’s hearing is set for March 20.
