The answer is “No” for Nye’s. The St. Joseph Township Board voted against any new development on the land where Nye’s Apple Barn sits.

The vote, this week, came after residents expressed concerned about housing, a gas station and other businesses creating traffic and noise issues coming to the area of Niles Road near I-94.
