Edwardsburg Village Council discusses plans for new library

Plans for a new Edwardsburg library were brought to the Village Council this week.

Plans show a 9-thousand square foot building, which is three times bigger than the current library.

Leader Publications reports that contractor Abonmarche was hired for the work, which will be designed to place the building, amenities and walking paths around large trees in order to maintain the property’s aesthetic.

Cost estimates should be available soon.
