Granger man hospitalized after motorcycle crash

A Granger man on a motorcycle was hospitalized after a crash in Elkhart County.
The collision happened around 4 a.m. on Thursday, June 1, at County Road 20 and Holiday Place.
Sheriff’s investigators say a 22-year-old Elkhart man was westbound and made a left-hand turn in front of the 22-year-old motorcyclist, causing the crash.
The motorcyclist had to be taken to Memorial Hospital for injuries to his back and leg. He suffered other scratches, as well.
The man driving the car was cited for failing to yield to the right of way and for never receiving a driver’s license.
