The Elkhart Police Department is attempting to identify the male or the vehicle in a theft investigation that happened in the 3100 block of Northview Drive on May 30 (case number 20230530012).
The vehicle is described as a dark blue older model GMC truck with rust on the roof and a white board across the tailgate.
