Federal judge dismisses counts against Lake City Bank

A federal judge in Grand Rapids, Michigan has dropped several counts against Lake City Bank.
The Warsaw-Based bank is in a bankruptcy suit by a Michigan man who pled guilty in federal court after his Elkhart-based payroll company Interlogic Outsourcing Incorporated collapsed.
Lake City Bank was said to be partly responsible for the losses, with a bankruptcy trustee filing suit against the bank to recoup some money.
