A man accused of owning 106 animals has been arrested.

Robert Archer II faced charges of animal cruelty last year in Cass County and was out on bond when authorities received a video of him with a goat strapped to the back of a moped late last month.

The judge had previously ordered Archer not to have contact with the animals, so after the video reached authorities, the court reportedly found that Archer had failed to comply with the terms of his release.

According to WSBT, Archer was also facing similar charges for animal cruelty and abandonment in 2020 and 2013.
