ORIGINAL STORY: Have you seen 41-year-old Chad Hartstein?

Chad has been reported as missing… and the South Bend Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding him.

Hartstein was last seen on June 21 in the Rum Village area.

Chad is 5’5” and 185 pounds.
