You may know what the term “hotboxing” means.
It’s when someone smokes pot in an enclosed area such as a car with the windows rolled up.
That’s what police two adults were doing with a young child in the car with them in Portage this week. The car was parked along a road and police decided to check it out.
When they approached, a woman in the passenger seat lowered her window and a big cloud of marijuana smoke came out.
They peered in to see a little girl in the back seat.
Qierra Crosslin and Javonte Small were both arrested and face drug and neglect charges.
