Indiana asks Marion County judge to reject new request to block abortion ban from taking effect

The state of Indiana is asking a Marion County judge to reject a new request to block the state’s near-total ban on abortion from taking effect.
The state attorney general’s office filed the request, earlier this week, in the lawsuit filed by Hoosier Jews for Choice.
The lawsuit claims Indiana’s ban on nearly all abortions after six weeks of pregnancy violates the state’s religious freedom law.

We are doing exactly the wrong thing here. Instead of banning abortions, we should be mandating them for leftists like Hoosier Jews for Choice. They want them, they can (and will) have them.

Leftists raise leftists, and we could fix this country in a generation by following this simple policy. Abortion bans are a tactical mistake.
