A Kosciusko County man will spend nearly a decade in prison after holding a woman against her will using a firearm.
Drew Adym Streeter, 37, pistol-whipped a woman in the head three or four times with an AR-15.
Prosecutors dropped three additional criminal charges, including rape, as part of a plea agreement.
Streeter has a lengthy criminal history, which includes a prior domestic battery conviction.
