Pence to address Indy bipartisan lawmaker conference in August

Former Vice President and Indiana Governor Mike Pence will deliver the keynote address at a conference of state legislators in Indianapolis next month.

The presidential candidate will address a Republican breakfast session on August 16 at the Indiana Convention Center for the National Conference of State Legislatures, a bipartisan organization providing research and technical assistance for policymakers and staff at the state level.

The Indy Star reports that Pence is the only major presidential candidate scheduled to appear at the summit.
