Body of Cass County missing woman, found

The body of a 73-year-old woman who went missing on May 29 has been located in Cass County, Michigan.

Search located the body of Marilee Furlong Monday, July 24, in a wooded area just off Miller Road in Cass County.

The St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Office says that Furlong has been missing since Memorial Day.

Confirmation is pending, but authorities believe the body is Furlong’s.

Her family has been notified.
