The Indiana construction industry is recruiting from High Schools to address a current worker shortage.
The Indiana Construction Roundtable Foundation will be hosting more than 20 high schools from around the state on July 27th and 28th in Indianapolis at the Drury Plaza Hotel.
The ICRF estimates that it will need to add more than 275,000 workers by 2026 in order to replace retired workers and meet the need of the states rising amount of construction opportunities.
