Maverick Packaging in Elkhart has been sold to SOLV Holdings.

Northwest Indiana Business reports that the deal is expected to pair the company with Bomag Group of Angola.

SOLV CEO Jeff Albert says the company believes the two companies will strengthen each other, accelerate innovation, find opportunities to grow, and deliver a great value to their customers.
