Michigan schools are looking forward to cleaner air for students.

An update in the CDC guidelines wants five air changes per hour in the building’s air quality strategy.

The CDC and the Prevention Epidemiology Laboratory Capacity Reopening Schools award have provided more than 42,000 air purifiers to 451 school districts in Michigan.

All private and public schools in the state can receive an air purifier to use in classrooms or other communal areas in the school.
