South Bend man sentenced, road rage, shots fired incident in 2021

A South Bend man has been sentenced to prison after he was found guilty of firing shots at the vehicle of State Representative, Jake Teshka.

A judge has sentenced 52-year-old Edmande Hill to six years in prison. He was convicted of firing a gun at Teshka’s car in an apparent road rage incident.

Hill was found guilty after his jury trial for the December 8, 2021, incident in which he fired a gun into a passenger vehicle on the US 20 Bypass. He was convicted of three counts of criminal recklessness.
