The Indiana Army National Guard is hosting a recruiting event.

Through the Referral Enlistment Program, people over 18 can earn $1,000 for referring qualified individuals to enlist in the Indiana Army National Guard or Indiana Air National Guard.

The process is simple – just sign up to become a Personnel Development Coordinator (PDC) and start earning additional income.

Once you identify someone who is interested in joining the National Guard and submit their name to a recruiter, payment can occur within 14 days for each referral who signs an enlistment contract.
