Former Concord High School teacher Andrew Cowells will plead guilty to charged of possession of child pornography, child solicitation, battery, voyeurism, and vicarious sexual gratification.
The charges stem from incidents that allegedly happened in a classroom and a boy’s restroom in May of 2021.
The child pornography charges are connected to images of underage boys that investigators say they found on his phone.
Cowells first pleaded not guilty to the charges, then, later, entered an insanity plea.
The guilty plea is now under review.
ABC 57 News reports if it’s accepted, the voyeurism, and a battery charge will be dropped.
