Two people were arrested after officers pulled over a vehicle for an equipment violation near the intersection of CR 45 and Graybill Ave in Goshen.

After coming to a stop, a 17-year-old fled from the vehicle and was later found and taken to the Elkhart County Juvenile Detention Center for resisting law enforcement.

The driver of the vehicle, 20-year-old Emiliano Rodriguez, was reportedly arrested for possession of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license.
