Authorities have identified the man who was found dead in a pond last week.

According to the sheriff’s office, the man has been identified as 25-year-old Allen Wayne Wilcox from Kendallville.

On Friday at around 9:30 a.m., a person called 911 to report a possible deceased individual in a private pond located in the 2600 block of South Lima Road in Lisbon.
