The City of Mishawaka Street Department will begin the annual fall leaf pickup program on October 30.

Residents can expect their leaves to be picked up around sic times throughout the season.

The leaves will be picked up on the day before residents’ designated trash pickup day each week and should be raked to the edge of the curb without stones, branches, or anything else in them that could damage equipment.

City residents are also able to bag their leaves and set them out with their trash each week, and they can take brush to the Mishawaka Recycling Center until its last operating day on December 2.
