A three-year-old boy was hurt when the vehicle he was traveling in went off the road and struck a power pole.
The crash happened around 1:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 21, on Ash Road, north of Amber Drive.
Elkhart County Sheriff’s investigators say the 29-year-old man from Osceola driving the car was cited driving while suspended, unsafe lane movement, and for having no insurance.
The toddler was taken from the scene by Clay Township Medics for treatment of head pain.
