A trial date has been set for July of next year for two men accused of burglary.

Joseph Orrick and Dakota Holt are being charged with the burglary of Indiana Teen Challenge, an addiction recovery center in Elkhart.

The property manager reportedly contacted police around 8:15 on October 11 to report a white SUV driving at a high speed that had been parked near the building’s loading dock.

The Goshen News reports that two men had entered the building through a door propped open and put a large fan into the back of the vehicle before attempting to leave.

The driver, Orrick, said he and his nephew had come to get some scrap from the property to take in for money, though Holt told officers that he was not aware of what they were doing.
