Indiana has been named one of the ten luckiest states for jackpot winners in the US, with 5.7 Powerball jackpot winners per one million people. That makes Indiana the 4th most lucky state for Powerball winnings, behind Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Delaware, which has 10.1 winners per one million people in the state.

Powerball says the odds of winning the jackpot are one in 292.2 million.
