A driver is in serious condition after a truck crashed into a train in Northwest Indiana.

The collision happened on Thursday morning, Dec. 28, when a Dodge Dakota struck a CSX train.

The vehicle rolled over and caught fire.

First responders were able to remove the driver, who was taken to the hospital.
