The problems continue at the Cedar Glen Apartments in South Bend.
Residents have complained about issues with the heat and hot water since December, and there have been a number of safety inspections.
WNDU reports that one failed inspection was reported just a few days ago.
Four inspections performed by officials in December and January uncovered critical violations, and the property also has an unpaid 250 dollar fine for rental safety violations dating back to April 2022.
