Parents of Brandywine students say they weren’t informed about a meeting about curriculum at school, on Monday.

The meeting discussed “American Classical Curriculum,” which goes along with the Hillsdale classical education, from Hillsdale College.

The curriculum centers around liberal arts and science, as well as morals, logic and government. ABC 57 News reports that some say the group “We the Parents” is pushing for this because of politics or religion.

Retired superintendent, John Jarpe says they are not trying to bring religion into public schools.
