The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for all of northern Indiana, including the MNC listening area.
We’ll be waking up to slightly warmer temperatures on Monday, which is kind of a prelude to what we’ll be seeing as highs near-normal return to start our work week.
We won’t be able to enjoy the warmer weather much, snow showers start up Monday morning, turning to freezing rain by the afternoon with temperatures hovering around the freezing mark. The Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes are expected to see the greatest impacts. Precipitation switches over to all rain for Tuesday. The rest of the week will be warmer than average with rain chances persisting.
