A man accused in the murder, last year, of a woman on Ashland Avenue in South Bend, has entered a guilty plea.
D’Drea Bostic, 26. will be sentenced for murder and attempted robbery, as well as a firearm enhancement and for being a habitual offender.
Prosecutors say Bostic pistol-whipped the victim, 46-year-old Rachel Havrick, and shot her multiple times in front of her children in the midst of a robbery.
Two others involved in the crime have already pleaded guilty.
Bostic will be sentenced next month.
