It’s 160 months in prison for an Elkhart man who pled guilty to possession of child pornography.

Sean Posey, 40, is also ordered to pay $21,500 in restitution to his victims.

According to court documents, it was between August and September 2021, Posey was caught over 900 photos and seven videos on his cell phone consisting of child sexual abuse material, including images of minors under the age of 12.

It wasn’t his first time in trouble with the law.

Posey had previously been convicted of sexual misconduct with a minor which required him to register as a sex offender.
