A giveback night is being planned for the Fernwood Botanical Garden in Niles.

The giveback dinner is being planned at New Buffalo’s Bentwood Tavern on Thursday, February 22. That night, 50% of the food and drink sales will benefit Fernwood’s Mighty Acorns Program, which educates kids about nature by giving them a chance to experience ways to support their local ecosystems.

Fernwood hopes to raise $10,000 this year through their fundraising efforts.
