The City of Michigan City will partner with Flaherty & Collins to host a Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Vendor Open House.

It’s happening on Thursday, Feb.15, from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. at the former Moose Lodge on Franklin Street.

Flaherty & Collins will construct the South Shore Line Michigan City 11th Street train station and garage.

The project includes a six-story, open-air parking garage with an integral train station and a 12-story apartment tower.

Construction-related DBEs with the capacity to work on the project are invited to attend the open house to share about their company with contractors and project partners.

Those who wish to attend the open house should RSVP with Project Manager Zach Johnson at zjohnson@flco.com.
