Driver, passenger injured after failing to yield at stop sign

Two people were injured after the driver of a Jeep Grand Cherokee failed to yield at a stop sign at the intersection of County Road 11 and County Road 32.

The driver continued into the intersection and collided head-on with a Hyundai Sentra who did not have a stop sign.

The driver of the Grand Cherokee and a passenger were taken to the Goshen Hospital for neck pain, and the driver was issued a written warning for failure to yield at an intersection and disregarding a stop sign.
