Body pulled from St. Joseph River in Elkhart

An autopsy is scheduled for Thursday for a body that was pulled from the St. Joseph River in Elkhart.

Officials have released few details, but the Elkhart County Coroner says the body was discovered around 10 a.m. Tuesday morning in the area near Elkhart General Hospital.

The identity of the victim has not been released.
