A South Bend man faces charges including unlawful handgun possession, firearm pointing, recklessness, and intimidation following a shooting incident at a Miami Hills apartment.

Investigators say Tamvalero Alleyabu, 23, allegedly escalated a domestic dispute by throwing and slamming objects in an apartment. When the woman he was with sought refuge in a car, he reportedly began hitting the vehicle’s windows and aimed a handgun at her.

Upon returning to the apartment to gather her family, Alleyabu allegedly pointed the gun at her again. As she fled with her child and another man, Alleyabu allegedly fired four to five shots, striking an apartment.

Alleyabu was arrested on Monday night, March 11.

I’m guessing this guy has a nice long list of priors, so the question is: WHY WAS HE OUT?

And the “woman” he was with needs to be a little more selective.

By his face tattoos alone he clearly doesn’t like guns. Crooked cops got another one
