New updates on Concord Mall, new developer

(Photo supplied/The Elkhart Truth)
Here’s an update on the Concord Mall and new developer.
They’re trying to redevelop the property into a business park, with a $30 million plan.
The developer says that there are tenant commitments for almost 80% occupancy.
The property was closed on in September and has been in construction since.
The Elkhart Truth reports that all of the work done outside will happen and then the work on the entrances will start after tenants start to come in.
