An Elkhart man has pleaded guilty to residential entry and domestic battery.
45-year-old Quinn Alwell allegedly kicked open the door to his ex girlfriend’s house on May 30 last year and attacked her current boyfriend, stole cash and took cards from his wallet.
He then reportedly punched his ex-girlfriend and said something to her but she could not recall what he had said.
According to The Goshen News, Alwell’s charges included robbery resulting in bodily injury, battery resulting in bodily injury and domestic battery and was also accused of unlawful possession of a syringe.
He was sentenced to two and a half years for residential entry and two and a half years for domestic battery which will be served consecutively.
