A 42 year-old Tennessee man was killed after confronting the police in what’s being called a violent altercation on Sunday.

WSJM reports that the Michigan State Police responded in the afternoon when the St. Joseph Police responded to a welfare check on a subject who was operating a semi-tractor trailer.
