A residential search warrant execution led to the discovery of several drugs and led to a search warrant at another residence earlier this week.

The Southwest Enforcement Team executed the search warrant on Mary Street in Hartford where they located cocaine, fentanyl, methamphetamine and crack cocaine.

Evidence of illegal drug sales was found as well as an illegal firearm.

A 36-year-old man was arrested on several drug possession charges as well as charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony and maintaining a drug house.

Authorities also learned of a North Watervliet Road residence where a search warrant was executed and turned up more crack cocaine, a firearm and evidence of drug distribution. SOQ
