The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a deadly crash at the intersection of State Road 13 and County Road 1000 South.

Investigators say 24-year-old Jason Jones from South Whitley was driving a Buick LeSabre and collided with a 61-year-old woman from North Manchester driving a Mitsubishi Outlander.

They say Jones failed to yield while traeling eastbound, resulting in the collision.

Jones died at the scene. The woman was hospitalized for treatment of lower body pain.
