UPDATE: Found puppies thriving, all have been spoken for new homes

The very latest, now, about the tote full of puppies that was brought to the South Bend Police on Monday.

The department reports they are thriving at the home of South Bend Police Crime Lab Tech and Retired Officer Ron Kaszas, who is fostering the pups until the quarantine lifts at South Bend Animal Resource Center.

The Resource Center reports all of pups have all been spoken for. They’ll just need to get a little older and stronger before transitioning to their new homes.
